Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

1. Application Review

• Submission of this application does not guarantee sponsorship status. All applications are subject to internal review and approval by the TIF Summit Organizing Committee.

2. Commitment and Payment

• Upon approval, a formal sponsorship agreement will be issued. Payment terms will be outlined in the agreement, and sponsorship benefits will only commence upon receipt of the initial deposit.

3. Branding and Assets

• Approved sponsors agree to provide high-resolution logos and marketing assets by the specified deadline. Failure to provide assets on time may result in limited visibility in event materials.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations by the sponsor must be submitted in writing. Fees may apply depending on the date of cancellation relative to the event start date.

5. Code of Conduct

• All sponsors are expected to adhere to the TIF event guidelines and maintain professional conduct throughout the summit.
