Who may apply

  • Delegates connected with TIF member associations.
  • Patients, parents, healthcare professionals, or other participant types approved for this event.
  • Applicants who are genuinely available to attend if approved.

What sponsorship may cover

  • Conference entry.
  • Approved hotel stay.
  • Air travel or other approved transport.
  • Airport transfer and visa support letter where applicable.

Limitations

  • Places are limited and budget-controlled.
  • Approval is not automatic.
  • TIF may prioritise by event goals, geography, association, or participant profile.

Prerequisites and commitments

  • You must provide accurate details.
  • You must respond quickly if TIF or an agent contacts you.
  • If approved and booked, you are expected to attend.

Accommodation Rules

A valid ID proof is required for all guests at the time of check-in.

Rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis unless pre-booked.

Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest.

Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness and respect shared spaces.

Outside visitors may be restricted as per hotel guidelines.

Noise levels should be kept minimal after 10 PM.
