Call for Abstracts & Research Proposals

Submit your latest clinical findings, case studies, or medical methodologies to shape this year's summit agenda.

Before submitting your abstract, please ensure it complies with the following academic and technical prerequisites:

  • Word Limit: The abstract body must not exceed 300 words (excluding title, author names, and institutional affiliations).
  • Structure: Submissions should be clearly organized into four distinct sections: Background/Introduction, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
  • File Format: Supporting diagrams, charts, or full manuscripts must be uploaded in standard PDF format (maximum file size: 5MB).
  • Originality: All submissions must represent original research or clinical case files that have not been fully published in peer-reviewed journals prior to this event.
  • Registration Requirement: At least one presenting author must be registered and confirmed for the summit for the abstract to be formally included in the final program.
